Course Outcomes:
Participants will be able to:
• Position Internal Audit as a strategic partner to the Board and executive management
• Lead risk-based assurance planning aligned to enterprise priorities
• Influence stakeholders and elevate audit communications at Audit Committee level
• Build and lead a high-performing audit function (operating model, talent, QAIP)
• Integrate technology, analytics, ESG, AI and cyber oversight into the audit agenda
• Produce a Board-ready 12-month audit strategy and leadership plan
Target Audience:
· Heads of Audit / Senior Audit Directors
· Deputy CAEs / “Next CAE” succession candidates
· Senior audit leaders transitioning into broader leadership roles
Duration and Format:
6 months Cohort-based, part-time ~60–80 learning hours (2 sessions per month + capstone milestones)
