The Certified Business Professional in Business Etiquette CBP™-BE program focuses on instilling optimal workplace behaviors by developing successful professional skills and conduct across diverse cultures and situations.
The program equips trainees with essential guidelines and fundamental principles to sharpen their skills in effective and successful professional behavior in the workplace through high standards of professional conduct.
Key Objectives
The Certified Business Professional in Business Etiquette (CBP™-BE) certification covers the following 4 Main objectives:
1. Core Professional Behaviors
o Understanding and applying fundamental principles of professional conduct in the workplace, including demonstrating respect and adhering to ethical values that foster a culture of excellence.
2. Interaction and Communication Etiquette
o Mastering the art of greetings and introductions, using proper protocols for handshakes and interactions with others, whether in daily situations or formal meetings.
3. Work Ethics and Cultural Diversity
o Recognizing the role of ethics in the workplace and how to address challenges arising from cultural diversity, including appropriate behaviors when interacting with colleagues from different backgrounds.
4. Effective Communication (Phone & Internet)
o Applying professional behaviors when using phones and email, such as mastering call-answering skills, call transfers, handling callers, and adhering to online communication etiquette in the workplace.
